Evan Bruce

Evan Bruce is a real estate and property management insurance advisor with PBI Group. He works with clients to review their current policies, identify exclusions and costly gaps, and provide clear guidance on improving coverage where standard programs fall short. Evan takes a consultative approach, emphasizing education and transparency so brokers can make informed decisions.

He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and brings a disciplined, analytical mindset to evaluating complex insurance policies. Evan is also a retired collegiate cross country and track athlete and was part of a national championship team, an experience that shaped his competitive drive and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Evan is passionate about building his startup homestead in Jonesborough, Tennessee, where he raises turkeys and other livestock while working toward a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
