Paul Bondy is the Founder, President and "PB" of PBI Group. Paul is an E&O insurance expert with 30 years of experience creating and placing E&O insurance policies with some of the most successful real estate brokerages through the United States. Paul started PBI Group in 2009 after being a Vice President with Aon Risk Services heading up their real estate division, one of the largest real estate insurance programs in the country. As true expert in Real Estate E&O he has consulted with numerous preeminent insurance carriers and attorneys who service the real estate market. At PBI Group Paul works every day with clients answering coverage questions and handling client renewals. Outside of work, Paul spends his free time with his family.

Eric Mauriello is the business partner to Paul Bondy at PBI Group. Eric has 30-years of experience building businesses and brands using innovative digital technology. At PBI Group Eric's focus is on business development, marketing, technology and operations as well as being the Cyber Insurance coverage lead. Eric brings with him a diverse background of experience working for multi-national corporations, as well as small startups. This includes consulting for some of the most successful Fortune 500 brands including: Target, Macy's, Mercedes Benz, Ralph Lauren and Intel. Eric has founded several Internet startups and helped develop a 25-million e-commerce retail business. Outside of work, Eric spends his free time with his family, working out and enjoying water sports, golf and billiards.

Christopher Dittes, S.V.P, Real Estate Insurance Specialist. I started my insurance career in 1987 when I joined Fireman's Fund Insurance Company in their Philadelphia office. I worked at Fireman's Fund in both the Fairfax and Richmond, VA offices until 1994, after which I moved to Capital Professional Insurance Managers located in Chevy Chase, MD. During my time in the insurance industry, I pursued and successfully earned my Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 1999. In my free moments, I like to travel abroad and relax on the water with loved ones.

Rachael Bondy is a Senior Account Manager at PBI Group and has been a proud member of the team for the past six years. She loves working closely with clients and helping guide more than 1,500 accounts through every aspect of the E&O and Cyber insurance process. Known for her approachable style and attention to detail, Rach is passionate about making insurance feel straightforward and manageable for the clients she supports every day.

Leighton Stultz is a real estate insurance advisor with PBI Group. For him, insurance is about people, not just policies — he treats every client's business like his own, ditching the "one-size-fits-all" mentality for a thorough, no-pressure approach. Leighton's goal isn't just to sell a plan; it's to help real estate professionals uncover the "hidden" gaps and exclusions that truly matter, giving them the confidence to know they are fully protected. His roots at PBI Group are personal — he first met Paul Bondy back in 2010. After years of friendship, joining the team in 2019 felt like a natural next step. When he's not working, Leighton is likely fueling his lifelong passion for health and fitness or, most importantly, enjoying every minute of quality time with his family.

Ashley Van Sloten is a Senior Real Estate E&O Advisor specializing in Errors & Omissions and Cyber insurance for real estate firms nationwide. With over a decade of experience, she partners with brokerages of all sizes to evaluate risk exposures and build tailored coverage strategies that protect both leadership and agents. Prior to her advisory role, Ashley worked as a Senior Underwriter, giving her a deep understanding of how carriers assess risk, structure policies, and price coverage. This perspective allows her to advocate effectively for her clients, negotiate competitive terms, and clearly explain coverage so firms can make confident decisions. Ashley is known for her responsive, hands-on approach, remaining accessible to her clients and their agents while providing ongoing support so they can stay focused on growing their business. Outside of work, Ashley spends most of her time with her husband and their five children, who keep life active, fast-paced, and full.

Jonathan Lugo is a real estate and property management E&O insurance advisor with PBI Group. Over the past five years, he has focused on helping brokers and property managers understand what their E&O policies actually cover, where other policies fall short, and how to spot problematic exclusions that can lead to denied claims. Jonathan began his insurance career at 18 as an intern at Veritas Risk Management in Johnson City, Tennessee, where he later founded FirmSecured, a specialized E&O division for real estate and property management firms. He officially joined the PBI Group team in summer of 2025. In 2021, Jonathan was featured on Protégé, a reality series for commercial insurance agents. Each year, he enjoys attending and running a booth at national conferences hosted by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Jonathan lives in Johnson City with his wife and their one-year-old son. Outside of work, he enjoys playing violin and viola, spending time outside, and reading.

Evan Bruce is a real estate and property management insurance advisor with PBI Group. He works with clients to review their current policies, identify exclusions and costly gaps, and provide clear guidance on improving coverage where standard programs fall short. Evan takes a consultative approach, emphasizing education and transparency so brokers can make informed decisions. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and brings a disciplined, analytical mindset to evaluating complex insurance policies. Evan is also a retired collegiate cross country and track athlete and was part of a national championship team, an experience that shaped his competitive drive and attention to detail. Outside of work, Evan is passionate about building his startup homestead in Jonesborough, Tennessee, where he raises turkeys and other livestock while working toward a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
