With a background as an attorney, I've litigated against insurance companies and I know that for many, denying claims is just part of the way they conduct their business. I actually had the opposite experience with Paul and PBI. Our real estate company got sued in a lawsuit and there was a clear opportunity for the carrier to deny coverage.
